To provide flexibility while ensuring fairness, please note the following cancellation terms: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee. No Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the full service fee (100%) will be charged. Late Arrival and Rescheduling Policy: We value the time of all our clients and staff. To ensure that each client receives the best possible service, we have implemented the following late arrival and rescheduling policy: Late Arrival: If a client is late by more than 10 minutes, and the appointment cannot be accommodated, a new appointment will be scheduled based on availability. The 50% late fee will be charged for the missed appointment. Exceptions: We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. In certain cases, we may be able to offer flexibility, but this is not guaranteed.
